Accommodation Bookings & Cancellations
Accommodation arrangements made through GEMS or directly with accommodation providers are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and those within 30 days may forfeit the full accommodation fee. No refunds apply for non-attendance.
