Registration Options

Early Bird Registration

Closes on Friday, 20 March 2026.

Standard Registration

Closes on Monday, 25 May 2026 unless sold our prior.

Day Delegate Registration

Day delegate registration covers attendance for a delegate attending the conference for one day only and does not include attendance at any social events.


If you would like to attend for more than one day, a full conference registration must be purchased.


Additional social event tickets can also be purchased by day delegates.

Social Function Tickets

A Welcome Reception ticket is included in Early Bird and Standard Full Registrations but not Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.

A Conference Dinner Ticket is included is some Early Bird and Standard Full Registration fees but not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.

Workshop Registration

Register for a pre-conference workshop on Monday, 1 June.

Worksops registrations can be purchased independently of conference attendance, or added on to your conference registration.


Technical Tour Registration

Register for the post-conference Technical Tour on Thursday, 4 June.

Technical Tour registrations can be purchased independently of conference attendance, or added on to your conference registration.

Member

Member registration applies to individuals who are current financial members of their state Stormwater Association or a sustaining member of Stormwater Australia. 

Non-Member

Non member registration applies to all organisations and individuals who are not current financial members of their state Stormwater association or a sustaining member of Stormwater Australia. 

Student / Retired

Student / Retired registation applies to current undergraduate students and retirees only.

CPD Points

Engineers Australia CPD points can be claimed for attending the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference, Pre-Conference Workshops and Technical Tour.

A certificate of attendance will be emailed to all attendees post-conference with confirmation of the number of points you can claim.

Presenters at the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference may also be able to claim hours for the preparation and presentation of their paper.

Terms and Conditions

All attendees attending the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference are expected to review and adhere to the Stormwater Victoria Code of Conduct linked below.

In addition, please refer to the Terms & Conditions below upon registering for the Conference.

Payment Policy

Registration is by credit card payment only unless special arrangements are made with the Conference Secretariat. For registrations made within 30 days from the first day of the Conference on Monday, 1 June 2026 invoices must be settled within 48 hours. 

Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. All credit card payments will incur the following fees:

Visa - 1.30%

Mastercard - 1.27%

American Express - 2.13% + 20c transaction fee 

Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by no later than the close of Early Bird registration on Friday, 20 March 2026. All outstanding Early Bird registrations after this date will revert to the 'Standard' registration rate and a new invoice will be issued. 

Standard Registration is available until midnight, Monday, 25 May 2026 unless sold out prior. After this date a late fee of $55 will be applied to all new registrations.

All online registrations submitted to the Event Organisers are deemed confirmed by the participant. Tentative bookings are not accepted. A confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued upon registration. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of the event to secure attendance, unless prior arrangements are made in writing with the Event Organisers.

Where applicable, the Event Organisers will review all registrations in line with membership and registration type eligibility criteria. Anyone found to have registered incorrectly will have their registration amended or cancelled accordingly. Additional fees may be payable where registration amendments occur.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organisers. Cancellations received by Friday, 1 May 2026 will incur an administrative fee of AUD$125. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. Transfer of registration to another participant is permitted, provided details are advised by email and confirmed by the Event Organisers at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Non-attendance without prior notice will not be refunded.

In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered participant to not attend the Event, the Event Organisers must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Event Organisers are advised of the

situation after the Event, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the participant must still pay the administration fee, along with any accommodation cancellation fees, catering charges and collateral expenses (program, satchel etc) incurred for all events at which they were scheduled to attend.

Accommodation Cancellations

Accommodation arrangements made through the Event Organisers or directly with accommodation providers are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and those within 30 days may forfeit the full accommodation fee. No refunds apply for non-attendance.
